Welcome to the SFDebris Worst Game Poll. This summer we will be working through a series of polls to determine the worst game ever. The rules are as follows:
1) We will be working through five groups of games, grouped in chronological order. The "winners" of these polls will advance to the finals.
2) After the first round, the five groups will be shuffled together, to form new groups, and the "winners" of these polls will round out the finals.
3) During the finals, the poll will be to determine the best game of the remaining. After eliminating 9 other games, the Worst Game Ever will be selected.
4) During the first four polls I will take suggestions for the fifth group of games. If I don't get enough suggestions I'll fill out that group myself.

Well of the ones I know/care about it's tempting to vote for Other M. Seriously, there were just so many things wrong with the gameplay and story of that game. But looking at it objectively, I don't recall it being a buggy mess like some of the others, just bad. As well, only one of the games on that list I know of was literally criminally bad. So yeah, voted for Limbo of the Lost because of the massive amounts of plagiarism/copyright infringement.

Sonic 2006 was the very first Lets Play I ever watched. Pokecapn and the boys. Followed by Kaizo Mario World by Proton Jon and Final Fantasy X by the Tipping Forties.
Damn weird days those, hanging around the Something Awful forums. The idea of watching other people play games seemed so silly to anyone I mentioned it to. Nowadays no one even blinks at the idea of Twitch. Kids even put that down as a career choice.
Anyway, this edition of old man remembers his youth comes to an end by saying that my vote has to be for Sonic. It looks to the uninitiated like just another Sonic Adventure clone. But it really is something that you have to experience to understand why it has gone down in history the way it has.
