So they are banning males from applying, except for males who think they are something other than males, but...

The funny thing is that under "color blind" hiring people with ethnic names rather than Anglo-Saxon names are less likely to get callbacks on resumes with equal qualifications. Additionally all other things being equal a white man with a felony conviction is more likely to get hired than a black man with a clean record.
