Marvel Phase 5 announced
I am not secretive about my superhero fatigue at this point so maybe I am projecting (which is why I am interested in other opinions) but is anyone actually excited for this? Because I have to say, Phase 1 through 3 got a hell of a lot more hype on announcement day than this has. The overall opinion seems to be a resounding ''meh.''
And I think what doesn't help (and I cannot be the only one who is experiencing this) is good old comic book continuity lockout as there is simply too much material to watch/read in order for this to make sense anymore. The MCU is an investment at this point not a hobby.

Doesn't look promising I'd agree. I didn't even watch the second Atom, and the setup for Secret Invasion and Echo were some of the worst parts of Wanda and Hawkeyes.
Agatha is probably the highlight as Kahryn Hahn can likely carry that whole series on her broad shoulders, and maybe Thunderbolts as the hook in the comics was always a good one.

It probably doesn't help that the most recent phase was generally received... poorly.
