I realize that it's been some time since Chuck reviewed this one, and normally it would be one of those episodes I considered forgettable.
However...
The alien baddies-of-the-week got off too easy for my tastes. Sure, as they were de-cloaking and detaching from Voyager's hull during Janeway's game of chicken with a stellar object, one of their two ships blew up; but the fact that even one shipload of those rat bastards survived and got away kinda stuck in my craw. As I've stated before in another thread, I'm more likely to be a space pirate in the Star Trek universe, as I would be way too ruthless and vengeful (not to mention Genre Savvy) to fit the mold of the typical Starfleet officer. If I were captain, and their experiments killed even one of my crew, I would not be satisfied until ALL of those little shits were on that one-way boat ride across the Styx.
Were it not for that one little thing, I could've easily blown this episode the raspberry and let it fade from memory.

They are people who could infiltrate your ship and incapacitate your entire crew with you being too late to stop it or detect it. Good luck.

And yet apparently their ships were weaker than Voyager's. Also just think if in their rush to get out of there, they left some people behind.

Luck is something I've no shortage of... the Devil's own I dare say.FaxModem1 wrote:They are people who could infiltrate your ship and incapacitate your entire crew with you being too late to stop it or detect it. Good luck.
