As someone who grew up in Eastern Germany in the 90s, I have a lot of issues with the brown sauce.

As an American it just being a sauce that isn't sweet is novel.
One can only match, move by move, the machinations of fate... and thus defy the tyrannous stars.

Buffalo sauce. Which reigns supreme and demands your apology.hammerofglass wrote: ↑Thu Apr 03, 2025 12:51 am As an American it just being a sauce that isn't sweet is novel.

Good point, I wasn't thinking of hot sauces at all. I give no apology to Buffalo sauce but do beg Tobasco and Scorpion peppers for their forgiveness.McAvoy wrote: ↑Thu Apr 03, 2025 2:06 amBuffalo sauce. Hot sauces are not just an American thing though we do love them. Buffalo sauce though is purely American. Named after the city Buffalo, not thd animal and no Buffalos do not have wings. Just a FYI for our friends outside the states.hammerofglass wrote: ↑Thu Apr 03, 2025 2:19 amGood point, I wasn't thinking of hot sauces at all.
