This will get squashed in a way most will shudder from.
A kindergarten student did not start in a lawsuit, their parent(s) did. While in the military many of your Constitutional rights are limited or suspended. So these parents may find themselves dishonorably discharged if they do not dot every I and cross every T the military has on public relations.
