Dr. WHO: Aliens in London/World War III

This forum is for discussing Chuck's videos as they are publicly released. And for bashing Neelix, but that's just repeating what I already said.

I didn't even mind the fart jokes, but then I liked Time and the Rani. Of all Who, he's... still behind RTD who gets to be just behind Verity Lambert at the top of the pile. I'd put Moffat at the second bottom just behind P.D. Segal. Oddly enough, he's still ahead of the same person when just limited to NuWho.
Three? You're judging Chibnall based on... his casting choices and nothing else?

I really don't agree with that. Honestly, for me, it would have been LESS tragic if she fucking died.

Then the Doctor meets her a 2nd time and ruins her administration, and she's reduced to a gag character for the rest of RTD's run so, who knows how much of that was intentional.
I don't really remember much of her outside this two parter, The Christmas Invasion, and the season four finale where she got a nobel sacrifice and the Doctor seemed to regret turning on her, but did they really reduce her to a joke?

And yeah, as much as I love the 10th Doctor, he had a pretty bad first impression, what with being out of it for most of the special and then turning on Jones like that.

Yeah... I mean not being able to remember 2-3 years of your life where you had major life-changing experiences and then having literally everyone around talking around it... That sounds like a level to add to Dante's hell to me.

Those cabinet members that are farting uncontrollably in the 'Aliens of London' review are they communicating with their farts?

When the aliens take off their disguises why does a light come out of it?

Well I'd say mostly so that CG artist didn't have to actually "fit" the creature underneath the actors.

In universe I guess it could just be that they compression field they use glows while active.
