Ehhh, Amnesty International has never shied away from calling out Bush and his cronies for their crimes against humanity. Sure, calling out a judge who once approved of Bush in an obscure comment is a bit surprising, but given how much the current administration thinks that human rights are optional it's not entirely surprising.
