Good luck with that, since I specifically said correlation, not causation.

I just think there's a lot of insensitivity from the ruling males to women's perspectives, but we do need to change a lot of social perceptions in this country, and that includes gender perceptions too.

Hmmmm... didn't Trump walk into the shower room of one of those Miss America contests he owned? With underage girls or something? And now dude is the President. Though admittedly I'm a bit fuzzy on that. It was so long ago and I just don't give a shit about democratic process as much as I used to.
I was referencing something you said about incels:
Then when we try to point out their character flaws, that the hard right they shelter seems to be a breeding ground for really extreme misogynists and incels and Red Pillers and pedophiles, people flock to make excuses for them.
So I meant incels.

There are allegations that Trump walked backstage while some Miss Teen USA contestants were getting dressed, but (1) only allegations and (2) I asked about convicted, not alleged, and (3) walking backstage while underage girls are getting dressed is not pedophilia unless you're doing it to peek at or hit on underage girls.

When Trump is openly talking about banging his own daughter if they weren't blood-related, you can bet your ass he's going backstage to ogle them. Even if you wanna scream, "No evidence!" it still fits his character. I could see him doing that. That's my point. That the GOP just won't eject those from their party leadership positions guilty of that like Al Franken or Anthony Weiner.

And that right there is your mistake. If you want a relationship, a proper relationship, you can't put the partner onto a pedestal and forget about yourself. At best you are going to end up with people who do not care for your well-being, if any at all. You're a person. You are allowed to have self-interests. It's expected that you have self-interests. A good relationship balances out the self-interests of both partners and few women really want a man, who doesn't care about himself.

Agreed! Honor and love and respect your partner, but be a partner, not a lackey or toadie. You need to care about yourself, you need to have your own identity outside of your partner. Loving yourself doesn't hurt either - if you don't love yourself why would you expect others to love you?

Again, you're assuming motivations about people you're already bent on hating. All your critical evidence is inside your head. I have no reason to keep discussing anything with someone who makes up their own evidence. Good bye.

So you think someone shouldn't be ejected from a party leadership position over words? Like, say, mocking a disabled reporter? Or saying you'd bang your own daughter, or saying how you need to treat women like shit? Unless, say, the party leadership forced you to make a massive apology? Which, again, the GOP leadership won't do because they have this huge, "Fuck you, you don't tell us what to do!" attitude.
