I would like to see him do some of the nineties Outer Limits series. I do admit I'm biased with watching it a bunch at first airing.

edit: On the video game front, I would love to see him take on Star Trek: 25th Anniversary and Star Trek: Judgment Rites. Those are excellently written.

It's probably never going to happen, even when requests do open up again, but I'd love to see a review of Star Trek Online.

More realistically, a review of the Halo games would be interesting to see.

The Outer Limits seemed like a good show to get a few episodes from, being a Twilight Zone-like anthology series with rarely connected plots / settings. The episode I mostly remember (and thought would make an interesting video) is "Think Like a Dinosaur," starring Enrico Colantoni (Galaxy Quest) and dealing with teleporters / transporters.
