The police seem to think he didn't do this one. Or is the idea behind the thread title that the house is cursed?

The title is 100% factually accurate, but I think it is a bit suspicious that two guys die of an overdose at the home of a rich and powerful man with a kink for injecting people with drugs.

The title is 100% factually accurate but also supports the cursed house theory. I admit it's suspicious, but that's about it so far.
