It doesn't come down to "research in order to refute my idea," which is what that argument involves for multiple considerations. When an idea presents itself by one, it's more up to the other person's consideration about the comments being satire, jokes, etc. And not necessarily something that serves as imperative to assertively eliminate it from consideration before dismissing it.

It can be considered a burden of proof fallacy I believe.
