I rarely drink alcoholic drinks (weird for Finn I know) but when I do I prefer dark ale. One from Kozel brand is my personal favorite.

I like lager, and generally haven't liked ale, but that might be because I'm a relative newbie to the beer scene.

I feel like ales have a robust taste and therefore satisfy quintessential beer, but that's probably misfounded. I think the idea of sweet alcohol drinks has always been pretty lost on me.
