Old video games allowing me to take a screenshot during a cutscene?

Wow. That's...impressively vague. But I'll take a stab at it. The game itself? Probably not. But if it's running through steam, then the steam client can do it. And if it's not running through steam, then your OS or even your video card software can probably do it.

My bad, i am dumb. i can just take screenshot if the cutscene is on Youtube.
